Company never sent replacement poles

The fiberglass poles snapped after being up for 2 days. I emailed galileo and they said they would ship 2 new poles but they never did. Now they will not respond to any emails. I would not order from this company again

Pole needed to be continuous. Needed a hole at each end that my little tent clip could fit in. Doesn’t work for us. Would like to return.
