Inexpensive, functions reasonably well

First unit broke upon setup. Was quickly replaced and got the second one up and working. Instructions to set up are not good and its not intuitive if you havent set up anything like this before. Still, a quick YouTube video and had it set up in 10 mins. it was easier to do with 2 people to make it easier to bend the long poles. Given how inexpensive it is, it meets my expectations. Not using real golf balls because I am using it indoors and bought the smallest one so worrying about missing the target and breaking something.

Had a broken pole. Contacted customer service, and they resolved the issue

Good net for kids and beginners. Had broken pole and they sent me a new immediately. They ask that anyone with problems contact customer service and they will resolve your issue.

Good for indoor only

The straps that connect the net to the ends of the poles are made of a cloth-like material and 2 of them have broken. I notified Galileo about it but unfortunately they don't have spare parts for the net.
I went to Jo-Ann and bought a yard of polypropylene strapping for about $3.
I advised Galileo that the current straps they're have are using a material that will fail.
The Customer Service person I contacted gave me a partial refund that more than covers the cost of the new strapping.

good product but...

I think for the price this is a great buy. This should keep me busy during the winter months. After reading some other reviews about questionable durability, I also decided to buy a pack of the foam golf balls. I struggle to break 90, so I'm concentrating on my swing dynamics. The netting and structure would probably be ok with real golf balls, but I don't think it's necessary at this time for me. Also if left outside, I think it would deteriorate in the elements and not last as long. Overall, if you're on a budget, this it what you want. If you're really serious about golf, get a $600+ Net Return Pro or something like that.
