Galileo Sports provides 30 days return & refund and one-year replacement parts.

Returns (if applicable)

We accept return of products. Customers have the right to apply for a return within 30 days after the receipt of the product. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Cancellation (if applicable)

We accept order cancellation before the product is shipped or produced. If the order is cancelled you will get full refund. We cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you a notification of receipt. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Good net

This is a strong net that will handle all you got with any club. The target is huge . I previously had the 9’x9’ net and it was strong but the short irons would hit the stitched top and after a while it frayed badly and caused the net to sag quite a bit. Lesson learned stand close to net with short irons to avoid hitting top of net. The company did give me a 20% discount on this net.

Great Customer Service!

Got this for Christmas 2019. It has been up outside fir a year and has held up well. During the shut down my sons and I hit well over 10,000 golf balls ranging from wedges to Drivers. There have been a couple of holes that I have repaired and I have talked with Customer Seevice and they are working on a replacement. Customer Service is very prompt and courteous.

Great golf net!

Gagalileo Golf net is great! I waited for the tallest size they had and it was worth it. Gagalileo Golf was even nice enough to include the small range mat with purchase! The only con was that there were no indications which parts correspond with what letter in the assembly directions. Thankfully, the assembly process was easy enough to figure out. This is a Christmas present for my dad and he is over the moon on how professional it looks!

Great golf net for garage

Bought this net for my garage! So far so good! Hot over 400 balls into it so far and it seems to hold up well, works with my launch monitor very well! Haven’t hit my driver into it yet but I’m confident it would be just fine! Setup was pretty simple and I love that it can fold up to virtually take up just inches of depth standing up against wall and then when ready to use u can fold out the base with click of a button! pretty slick! I’m happy with this purchase and if any issues arise form what I have seen they are good about making things right, but I’m not worried about any issues!
