Great product

The frame is very sturdy and durable. Easy to set up.

Fantastic quality golf practice net. In my opinion, there was no indication of faulty workmanship or quality. I simply allowed the net to fall over by my own carelessness and inattention.

This is a fantastic net !

I decided to spend the extra money on the Galileo Golf Net and it is honestly worth every penny. The base is welded together nicely and has a solid weight to it so the wind isn't an issue anymore. The net is heavy duty and hasn't tangled on me once (something I was worried about for some reason).

Set up is really easy and the net is wide enough for the occasional mishit. The hitting mat that is included is really good quality and looks exactly the same as when I bought it even after a few hundred iron shots.

Useful for Improving Consistent Golf Swings

In trying to attain that repetitive, consistent swing, I knew that I needed practice. I grew tired of going to the range or pooching short approach shots in im back yard. In using the Galileo driving Net, I am able to take full cuts with my driver or really any club and hit into a wide net. The hanging target provides some acknowledgment that your shots are centered. With one person, set up is about 15 minutes and with two, probably 10 minutes or less. I would recommend the golf mat with the purchase, but one could use tees and set up in the lawn. If you stake the net out properly, wind should not be a factor. Also, it seems best to use the foam golf balls. The target is somewhat thin, and regulat golf balls will probably tear the target. Reasons I did not give 5 stars are 1) the purchase is new so I cannot vouch for its long tern durability but I will say that it gives every appearance of sturdiness. Again, this can only be answered through long use; and 2) the target could be heavier to allow for the use of regular golf balls. Again, this product a practice vehicle whose value is tied to setting it up and practicing. It is great sub for the range and for improving your swing motion.

Great for beginners

I bought this as a gift for my father in law who just started getting into golfing. I set it up in his backyard for him while he was out doing errands and left. I got a phone call from him super excited about being able to finally practice swinging and being able to actually hit balls at home, instead of going to the driving range or just little chip shots.

I went back to his house the next day and we spent the better part of an hour taking turns hitting balls into the net. It took 3 swings from my driver for me to put a hole in the target material, right on the seam of the "bulls eye". I will say, while it might have torn easy, what can you really expect from plastic material when a hard ball is flying at it that hard and fast from such a close distance? All in all, this is an amazing gift and has worked for 6 months and counting for my father in law. I even got the green mat so that he is able to take it into his garage or basement during the winter to practice. He hasn't stopped using it since I bought it!
